Cancellation and Refund Policy


If for any reason you cannot attend a scheduled float time, please contact us at 519-673-5628 (519-67-FLOAT). We will be happy to re-schedule your date, or you may store the float credit in your account for use at a later date. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours, we do not provide refunds and the float will be lost.


For products, you may exchange within 30 days.

For services, we do not provide any refunds on any of our services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Memberships are subject to a 3 month commitment and the client must have a credit card applied to their account for monthly renewal. The membership can be cancelled after 3 consecutive months, and the float credits never expire. Float credits cannot be refunded. Memberships cannot be shared or refunded.

Memberships will automatically be renewed monthly, after the 3 month commitment, until cancelled by the client, verbally or written.
